No Bench, No Problem: Chest Workouts With Just Dumbbells
You do not need a bench to train your chest. These 12 dumbbell exercises build size and strength anywhere.
A bench is useful, but it is not essential for chest training. With just a pair of dumbbells you can still hit every angle of the pecs and get a complete workout from the floor or a stability ball. The key is choosing the right exercises and putting them together in a smart way.
Movements like the dumbbell floor press, standing chest fly, and Svend press give you pressing and fly variations without a bench. Add in push up variations with dumbbells and stability ball options, and you have everything you need for growth and pressing power at home.
Pick 3 or 4 of these exercises, train them with good form, and you will not miss the bench. Your chest will get the stimulus it needs to grow, and your workout setup stays simple.
